Dr. Michael Downey

Dr. Michael Downey has served the Redmond and Bellevue community with quality chiropractic care for over 30 years. Dr. Downey has been selected as one of the “Top Docs” by Seattle Magazine, Seattle Metropolitan and “Best of Bellevue”. He is a frequent guest speaker for attorneys, medical doctors, and his chiropractic colleagues.
In addition to providing chiropractic care, Dr. Downey uses Low Level Light Therapy (Laser) to maximize healing by reducing pain and inflammation. To address obesity and insulin resistance (Pre and Type 2 diabetes), he uses the Ideal Protein protocol. Dr. Downey has helped hundreds of patients reach their ideal weight, allowing them to either reduce or stop medications used to manage various conditions associated with insulin resistance.

Rachel has been part of the Innate Family Chiropractic team for the past nine months. With her background as an EMT, she brings valuable health care experience and a calm, caring approach that helps patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
She enjoys connecting with people and supporting their journey toward better health through chiropractic care. Her passion for helping others, combined with her friendly personality, makes her a wonderful part of our team.
Outside the office, Rachel loves spending time with her dogs, experimenting with sourdough recipes, and trying new hobbies. A fan of sage green and once a resident of sunny San Diego, she’s now happy to call the PNW home.

Alexis brings over 10 years of customer service experience to Innate Family Chiropractic, with a strong focus on people and building meaningful connections. With a background in marketing and real estate, she has always been passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences. Her contagious energy and friendly personality make patients feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.
Outside the office, Alexis enjoys listening to Taylor Swift, baking, and going on walks with her husband, Cody, and their two mini huskies. Both she and Cody have been patients at Innate for nearly two years, which makes being part of the team even more meaningful.
