After you schedule your appointment, we’ll send you a secure link to fill out your new patient paperwork online via IntakeQ. It’s quick, easy, and helps us get to know you before you arrive. We ask that you complete these forms at least 48 hours before your visit so Dr. Ashley can review your history in advance.

Your first visit takes about 45 minutes. We’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and perform a personalized physical exam. You’ll also receive a painless, non-invasive INSiGHT scan to assess your nervous system. If needed, we may take X-rays—with your consent—to get a complete picture. This thorough evaluation helps us create the best care plan for your body’s natural healing.

At your second visit, Dr. Ashley will review your exam results and explain your personalized care plan. We’ll discuss costs upfront, and if you’re ready, you’ll receive your first adjustment. This visit usually takes about 15 minutes.

Then, we’ll help you schedule regular follow-ups, which typically last 5 to 10 minutes.
