Meet
Dr. Ashley Antonoff

Dr. Ashley Antonoff is passionate about caring for kids—and just as devoted to supporting the health and well-being of their mamas. As a mother herself, she understands the demands of parenting and the deep desire to give your child the very best.

That’s why she built Innate Family Chiropractic around what matters most: caring for families, with a special focus on moms and kids. Here, you’ll find support, guidance, and care from someone who truly gets it—and who genuinely cares.

Her Path to Chiropractic

Dr. Ashley’s journey began with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Western Washington University, followed by an internship with a physical therapist and chiropractor. That experience sparked something deep—chiropractic just clicked.

“I really connected with the principles of chiropractic and how the body can heal itself. It’s almost like chiropractic chose me.”

She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2011 and has been serving families ever since.

When she isn’t working, Dr. Ashley’s favorite way to spend time is with her husband and children.
When time allows, she also loves hiking, going on long bike rides, and traveling to explore new places

Living the Innate Life

When Dr. Ashley first discovered chiropractic, she knew it had the power to change lives—and years of practice have only confirmed that truth.

“I’ve seen it in my own family and with so many patients: better sleep, fewer illnesses, calmer nervous systems. I feel the difference in how I function, and I see it every day in my kids.”

Chiropractic isn’t just a profession for Dr. Ashley—it’s a way of life. Her children rarely experience the common illnesses that so many families deal with, and she believes their health reflects how well their nervous systems are functioning.

If you're ready to experience those same benefits for your family, we’d love to care for you. Whether you’re looking to support your child’s development, feel more balanced as a parent, or simply stay ahead of stress and sickness, we’re here to help.
